Chief Rick Andrews
Chief Rick Andrews has been on the DVFD for 42 years this September. He has been our chief for 22 years and is the owner of Arrow Electric full time.
He has several hobbies including hunting, working with his “Griffs”, woodworking, yard work, and gardening.
He loves relaxing at the lake house with his wife and spending time with his family.
Chief Andrews loves being a part of the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department and is one of the department's greatest assets.

Assistant Chief Panasuk
Assistant Chief Panasuk has been a proud member of the DVFD for 21 years. He started as a cadet and has been the Assistant Chief for the past 7 years. He works full time for Power Technical Services, is a reserve Officer for the Douglas Police Department, and the owner of Wyoming Extinguisher and Safety.
Besides being able to grow great mustache, he likes to go hunting, drive anything with two wheels, photography, and traveling with his family abroad.

Operations Chief Kerry Shatto
Operations Chief Kerry Shatto has been a member of the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department for 25 years. Kerry works full time as a senior buyer in materials for Memorial Hospital in Converse County. Kerry’s most memorable time on the DVFD was when his sons Shane and Brady were also in the fire department with him. This was a very special time for Kerry.
In his downtime, he enjoys working on his cabin in the mountains, riding 4 Wheelers, fishing, watching his grandchildren in sports, and being with family and friends.

Captain Kristofer Kolstad
Captain Kristofer Kolstad has been a member of the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years with an additional 10 years experience with departments in Montana and Oregon. His full-time job is as a fire marshal with the Wyoming State Fire Marshals Office.
In his free time he likes to tinker on his grandfather's 1951 willies Jeep, woodworking, fly fishing, and taking care of his animals.

Lieutenant Patrick Evans
Lieutenant Patrick Evans has been on the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department for 15 years Patrick works full-time as a plant operator with Tallgrass Energy. He has also been a contract fire instructor for the State Fire Marshals Office for 11 years.
In his free time Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, camping, traveling and riding his motorcycle.

Lieutenant Sherry Evans
Lieutenant Sherry Evans has been on the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department for 15 years. She works full time as an SRO/Patrol Officer with the Douglas Police Department. She has also been a contract fire instructor for the State Fire Marshals Office for 11 years.
In her free time Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling, working towards a bachelor's degree in leadership, and riding her motorcycle.

Lieutenant Jim Brown
Lieutenant Jim Brown has been on the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department for 12 years he has worked full time as a paramedic with MHCC for 20 years. He has also been with the National Guard for 19 years.
\In his free time Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Company Sergeant Garrett Denelsbeck
Company Sergeant Garrett Denelsbeck has been on the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department for six years and has been a Company Sergeant for three months. Garrett works full time at 1876 as a field safety technician.
In his free time Garrett enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, and kayaking.

Company Sergeant Alex Boespflug
Company Sergeant Alex Boespflug has been on the Douglas Volunteer Fire Department for seven years and a company Sergeant for four years. Alex works full time as a 911 dispatch supervisor at the Converse County Joint Communications Center for 10 years.
In his free time Alex enjoys spending time with his family and friends and Par-teeing it up on the golf course.
